Website very easy to use!

The picture turned out perfectly. My family loves it. The customer service was spot on.

The filters are nice to focus the search (ie by number of pets and gender) but it didn’t work. It filtered by two pets but didn’t filter by the additional layer of gender. Also it may be nice to have more horizontal options for 2+ pets so it doesn’t look so cramped.
So excited to receive our canvas!

Ordered in November, had to make three corrections and it still hasn’t gotten here. Disgusted isn’t even the word.

Nice website, and seems nice but it has been way over the expected time to have the art sent and done by artist. I went and bought another one of these types of art pieces from a different service and they did it all within a week - and I am still waiting for Crown & Paw to get back to me. It has been about 3 weeks and the max amount of time was suppose to be 10 days.

I made an order 3 weeks ago and still have not received the art approval. I also payed for the “skip the line” extra cost but still have gotten nowhere.
I’m a little frustrated in the timeline that I was told, especially since this was a Christmas gift and Christmas has come and gone.

I never received a proof of what the finished product would be. I think proofs are a quality control and ensure pride in workmanship

It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received a preview of my order.

Although I haven’t yet received my finished product, the preview looked very good. The site was easy to navigate too.
